The American Society for Training & Development association's publication T+D Magazine profiled one of Work Effects' clients in the magazine's WorkplaceRX column. Entitled "Growing Pains", Michael Stewart, Work Effects' Managing Director outlined how his company helped a 10,000-employee hospital system address organizational conflict issues that they were facing. According to the results obtained from 360 assessments and one-on-one interviews with employees at multiple levels of the organization, Stewart worked with the hospital system to conclude that "when change occurs, there needs to be a discovery of who you are as an individual, as a team, and as an organization. This discovery process helps to create the emotional connection necessary for you to want to change." A reprint of the T+D Magazine article can be found HERE. |
